Three steps
- Print a sheet at 100% scale on plain paper or light cardstock.
- Color the pictures, then cut along the outline of each tag.
- Punch the hole, write the names and tie the tag on with string or ribbon.
For parents and teachers
Children can color the tags and write the names themselves, which turns present wrapping into a small craft. The pictures are simple outlines with large shapes, so small hands can stay inside the lines.
Every sheet is a single-page PDF in US Letter and A4, with nine tags on it. The write-on sheet has no pictures, so it works in black and white and for any age.
- Cardstock makes tags that hold their shape; plain paper works too.
- A hole punch is easier than scissors for the hole mark.
- Crayons and colored pencils give the best result on paper; markers can show through.
