About these colouring pages

The candy cane is a small stick of striped peppermint, hooked at the top, and it turns up on Christmas trees, in stockings and on cards. This hub has six candy cane colouring pages, from one large cane with bold diagonal stripes to a dense pattern of canes that fills the whole sheet.

The single cane and the snowman holding a cane are drawn simply and suit ages three to six. The bundle tied with a bow, the Christmas tree built from canes and the angel with a cane have more detail and are better for ages six to ten. The pattern page is the hardest, a repeating arrangement of canes in different sizes, and it is a good choice for older children who like fine work.

Red and white is the classic combination, but green, blue and gold stripes look good too. Stripes are also useful practice for steady pencil control, because each stripe is a long diagonal band to fill. Every page prints on A4 or US Letter and is free for use at home, in nurseries and in the classroom. The artwork was made with an AI image model and checked by us before it went on the site.
