Gingerbread Man Coloring Pages

This collection focuses on the gingerbread man himself: smiling cookies with icing buttons and bow ties, gingerbread men running across the page, gingerbread girls, and whole gingerbread families. Each gingerbread man color page has bold outlines, so even very young kids can enjoy it.

These pages are especially popular in preschool and kindergarten, where the classic "Run, run, as fast as you can" folk tale is a December favorite. After reading the story, kids can color a gingerbread man, cut him out and retell the tale in order, or the class can hide paper gingerbread men around the room for a hunt. At home, color one while the real cookies cool, then decorate both to match. Older kids can add their own patterns of icing, buttons and sprinkles.

Print on US Letter or A4 paper; cardstock makes sturdier cut-outs. All pages are free for home and classroom use.
